- Managers, Med-Techs, and caregivers learn resident’s care needs as well as personal needs (likes/dislikes)
- Consistent scheduling allows residents, families, and staff to get to know each other better
- Provide regular wellness updates to resident families
- Residents are encouraged to display family and friend pictures where appropriate
- We have no specified visiting hours as families are always welcome. We do encourage visitors between 7:30am and 5:30pm due to the busy nature of meals and getting ready in the morning and at night.
- Birthday and Holiday celebrations
- Family oriented activities such as barbeques, holiday parties, Santa’s visits, Halloween Parties, and other celebrations
