The Villas at Marana Assisted Living and Memory Care Neighborhood offers affordable, exceptional care in a unique residential setting, with beautiful landscaping. We take great pride in caring for our residents like family. Our passion is for serving those that have physical or cognitive difficulties, and thus need assistance with activities of daily living (ADL’s).
The Villas at Marana Assisted Living and Memory Care is conveniently and centrally located in Marana and offers a home-like setting that is affordable and family centered. Plus all medications are delivered by Med Techs. Our home and caregivers assist 20 residents with four caregivers from 6:00 am until 6:00 pm.
Our residents live in a secure, gorgeous, loving environment where their care is our utmost concern. Our caregivers receive ongoing training and education. We provide a (1:5 ratio) of caregiver to resident, and our General Managers coordinate with Doctors, Nurse Practitioners, and Psych Nurses so that proper care and specific attention is given to each resident. The Villas at Marana provides all levels of assisted living as well as memory care.
Our Villas rooms are large enough to welcome the aforementioned medical personnel as well as Dentists, Optometrists, Physical Therapists, and a stylist to deliver support, care, and comfort to our residents. Seniors need physical activity and mental stimulation. Our activities are planned by our staff and vary from one-on-one activities, to small group, and whole home get togethers such as music, coffee & donuts, seated fitness classes, holiday parties, sing-a-longs, and cook- outs on our lovely patio.
Finally, while many large, assisted living/memory care centers are owned by large out-of-town corporations. We are different as we are locally owned and managed with 20 years of experience in Tucson and the surrounding area. The owners of The Villas at Marana Assisted Living and Memory Care Neighborhood are Bobby Larson and Klaus Axen and their oversight is evident in the care they put into each home, and more importantly, the care they have for each resident.
